I am dedicated to crafting digital products that work for our users and our business.

Over the past 9+ years, I’ve led cross-functional teams in building products that not only work, but matter. From launching high-converting conversion experiences to driving continuous discovery with user interviews and A/B tests, my focus has always been on solving real problems for real people. I believe great products are born at the intersection of empathy, data, and execution.

My approach blends strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset. I dive deep into user behaviour, translate insights into actionable bets, and collaborate closely with design and engineering to bring ideas to life. Whether scaling native apps from scratch or rolling out retail experiences across hundreds of stores, I’m driven by outcomes, not just output.

I uncover user needs through quantitative (surveys, …) and qualitative (interviews, JTBD, …) methods to ensure we solve the right problems. My approach bridges intuition and evidence, turning insights into product direction.

From homepage to checkout, I analyse behaviour and run experiments to improve performance at every step. I focus on changes that create measurable outcomes, like driving more signups, orders, and engagement.

I lead diverse teams of designers, engineers, and analysts with clarity and empathy. Together, we align around goals, make smart trade-offs, and deliver high-quality work at speed.

I translate vision into action, connecting user value with business goals. From discovery insights to prioritization, I build roadmaps that balance impact, effort, and timing.

I’ve delivered products across web, app, and retail environments, tailoring the experience to each touchpoint. Whether launching a POS system or migrating to React Native, I think in systems, not silos.

I also wrote a children book

In October 2024, I wrote and published my first children’s book. It started as a gift for the daughter of my wife’s former au pair family, she had just learned to read, and I wanted to share the joy of storytelling. What began as a small, personal project turned into a published book, now available in bookshops and online platforms like Amazon.

Let me tell you in brief what it’s about. “The Secret Society of Magical Creatures” follows Sophie Starling, a 12-year-old girl who discovers she’s far from ordinary. After finding a mysterious artifact and meeting a talking fox named Ember, Sophie learns she’s the youngest Guardian of a secret society that protects the balance between the magical and human worlds. Her journey takes her through enchanted realms, challenging puzzles, and battles with dark forces, all while she learns powerful lessons about courage, friendship, and responsibility.
